- This workshop will be held at a picturesque rural retreat center in East Central Iowa, providing a serene and inspiring setting for your learning journey. The package includes accommodations for Friday and Saturday nights with gluten-free/dairy-free dinner on those evenings, snacks during the workshop (proteins and fruits/veggies), and an optional Saturday night training session that other instructors rarely can offer. Sunday night accommodations can be added if desired for a small fee. Students will have a refrigerator and kitchen access to bring snacks and other meals. A grocery store and restaurants are about a 15-minute drive away, and we are forty-five minutes from the CID airport.
