Warmest greetings to family, friends, colleagues, and clients as we welcome 2025 with a blast of winter weather from the north. May this year be filled with beauty and light, reflecting the uniqueness of every snowflake.
As I begin my two-year term as President of the Board at ACEP, I am committed to fostering an environment of growth, empathy, and outreach, ensuring our tools and resources are accessible to those in need. ACEP is the international ambassador for energy psychology methods, which I incorporate into my daily coaching and psychiatric practices. Energy psychology works with various energetic systems, including chakras, meridians, biofields, tan tiens, axiatonal lines, and other systems. It combines clearing these systems with releasing limiting beliefs to help clients achieve their goals. In coaching, these goals typically focus on improving health, career, and relationships, while in psychiatry, they are aimed at healing trauma and treating anxiety and depression.
I am humbled and excited to join the Foundation for Shamanic Studies as a Guest Faculty member, where I plan to introduce in-person and virtual workshops gradually. In-person classes will begin this March in Iowa City, Iowa, with virtual courses set to launch in the summer. This work may be for you if you want to expand your spiritual skillset and are open to direct revelation in an accepting and nonjudgmental space—regardless of your faith or religious background. Over the next few years, I will train to teach 23 unique workshops, each lasting between seven to thirteen hours, for the Foundation. As you can imagine, this also deepens my shamanic practice and skill set in working with the helping spirits.
I embrace this growth phase with humility and gratitude, recognizing the importance of my community and the leadership skills I have cultivated. I feel fortunate to have a partner who exemplifies resourcefulness and a network of peers who will hold me accountable. I welcome your feedback on how we can create positive change together.
